Great Rhino, Deluxe or Megaways? How Pragmatic Play’s three rhino slots differ, from a 500x jackpot to a 20,000x cap

Short answer — Pragmatic Play’s three Great Rhino slots have almost identical RTPs: 96.53%, 96.54% and 96.50%. The difference lies in the features and the size of the top prize. The original Great Rhino pays a 500x Grand Jackpot for filling the grid with rhinos in its Super Respin. Deluxe keeps that respin, adds 2x multiplier symbols and a “rhinos pay again” free-spin twist, and states a 6,242x cap. Megaways drops the respin and lets you choose your free spins, with a win multiplier that grows on every tumble and a stated 20,000x cap. We read all three pages on 19 October 2026.

If you liked one Great Rhino, this guide shows what changes in the other two.

The Super Respin: Great Rhino and Deluxe

In Great Rhino and Deluxe, two or more full stacks of rhinos start three respins in which only sticky rhinos stay. Every new rhino adds another respin. Ending with 14 rhinos wins the 375x Major, and all 15 positions win the 500x Grand. On a ₱10 bet, those are ₱3,750 and ₱5,000, by our calculation. Deluxe adds 2x multiplier symbols during the respin, which can lift the line wins paid at the end.

Free spins: three different designs

  • Great Rhino: 10 spins in which every rhino symbol is wild.
  • Deluxe: 10 spins in which rhinos are collected as they land. At the end, all collected rhinos return in random positions and pay again.
  • Megaways: 4–6 scatters let you choose a package of 15–23 spins starting at 1x, 5x or 10x. Every tumble win adds +1x for the rest of the round, and 3+ scatters add five spins with no limit. As an illustrative example of our own: starting at 5x, after four tumble wins the multiplier is 9x, so a ₱30 win then pays ₱270.

In pesos

With RTPs within 0.04 points of each other, the expected long-run cost is ₱346 to ₱350 per ₱10,000 bet for all three, by our calculation. Choose on features, not on RTP. On a ₱10 bet, the stated top figures are ₱5,000 (Great Rhino’s Grand), ₱62,420 (Deluxe) and ₱200,000 (Megaways).

Which rhino to choose

  1. For the classic respin chase with fixed jackpots, choose Great Rhino.
  2. For the same respin with extra multipliers and a bigger cap, choose Deluxe.
  3. For tumbling Megaways with a growing multiplier and the largest cap, choose Megaways, accepting wider swings.
  4. Confirm the RTP in the game’s information screen at your platform.
